| How do I change my password? |
After logging into your email account, click on the Options button located on the bottom left hand side of your screen (in the shortcut list). The right pane should now change similar to the picture below.
In the right pane, scroll down until you find the Change Password button and click it (see following pic).

A new window like the picture below should pop up.
The first field in this box is a drop down box labeled: Domain Name.
This should be EKUMAIL unless your computer and account has been converted to Active Directory.
If you were converted, choose FACULTYSTAFF from the drop down box.

Type your email username in the Account box.

Type your current email password in the Old password box.
|
Type a new email password in the New password box.
(this must be different from the old password ).

Retype the new email password in the Confirm new password box.
|
|
Click OK through all screens to exit and save.
