How do I open my Inbox?
If you have Folders displayed on the Outlook Bar, click Inbox. The number of new messages you have in your Inbox will appear in parentheses beside Inbox.
If you have Shortcuts displayed on the Outlook Bar (like the above picture), click the Inbox icon and the look will then change to the following:


The Inbox displays new messages in boldface.
Once read, the messages will revert to normal type.

How do I change my password?
To change your password, click the Options button (see following pic).
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Change Password (see pic below).

How do I log out?
Make sure to click the Log Off button in the top right corner of the page when you want to log out (see pic below).
Note: To completely log out of OWA (e.g., in a public computer lab), you must quit your browser session entirely.

For general computing questions or for questions concerning the use of campus software, call the Consultant on Duty at x3000 (622-3000 of off campus).
You can also stop by to see the Consultant in Combs 207 or Library 207G (after 4:30p.m. and on the weekends).
